​Virtual Consultations
Every successful claim starts with a clear plan. Our virtual consultations are designed to assess your unique situation, answer your questions, and identify the best next steps for your case. During this session, we’ll review any available documents, discuss your service-connected conditions, and create a strategy tailored to your needs.
Please note: A virtual consultation is required before booking any claims-related service, with the exception of buddy letter support.

 

BBD Claim Assistance

(Benefits Delivery at Discharge) preparing to separate from the military? We'll help you file your VA claim before discharge, ensuring your benefits are in place shortly after leaving service. Our support includes gathering medical evidence, crafting buddy statements when needed, and guiding you through every step for a strong and timely submission.

Initial VA Claim Filing

Filing your first claim can feel overwhelming but you don't have to do it alone. We assist with organizing your medical records, writing effective statements, and collecting buddy letters to build a strong case that connects your conditions to service. From start to finish, we're in your corner.

Claim Increase and Appeals

If your current rating doesn't reflect your reality or your claim was denied we'll help you fight back. Whether pursuing an increase or filing an appeal, we guide you through gathering updated evidence, crafting supporting documents, and utilizing buddy statements where appropriate to strengthen your case.

Buddy Letter Support

A clear, credible buddy statement can be a game changer in your claim. We assist with drafting, reviewing and refining buddy letters to ensure they meet VA expectations and effectively support your service connection or condition. Whether you're filing a new claim, increase or appeal.

​VETHaven Booking Policy

No Call, No Show
If you fail to attend your scheduled session without prior notice, you will forfeit priority scheduling and be placed at the end of the service queue. Continued no-shows may result in restricted access to future bookings.

Deposits
All services require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking:

$50.00 for Initial Consultation which will be credited to any claim's services

$450.00 for BDD (Benefits Delivery at Discharge), and Initial claim

$250.00 for Increase/Appeals

Deposits must be paid via debit/credit card at checkout and are processed securely through Wix Payments. Appointments will not be confirmed without a deposit. By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to all VETHaven policies.

Session Preparation
Clients must arrive prepared with all required documentation and completed forms to avoid delays or rescheduling. Thorough preparation ensures the most effective use of your scheduled session time.

Final Payment
The remaining balance is due upon receipt of your VA rating decision. An invoice will be sent to the email on file once your decision has been issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Failure to complete payment in a timely manner may result in additional fees or suspension of services.
