Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once payment has been processed. A non-refundable deposit is required at checkout to begin services. Deposits are as follows: $500.00 non-refundable deposit for BDD (Benefits Delivery at Discharge) and Initial VA Claims $300.00 non-refundable deposit for Claim Increases and Appeals Consultation Fee Credit: If you have already paid the $50.00 initial consultation fee, it will be applied toward the total cost of your selected claims service. The remaining balance due at checkout will reflect this credit. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to all terms stated above.
